REFUNDS POLICY

We care deeply about your happiness and long-term use of our inspired sacred products. Please be sure to have read our policies prior to purchasing to avoid any confusion. Our policies were created to offer only the highest service to our beloved customers and we are grateful for your presence and your heart call to wear Shivoham!

Please note that if your product was purchased through one of our Sacred Partners, please arrange for your exchange directly with them.

All of our products are guaranteed to arrive free from defects and each order is lovingly hand packaged and inspected prior to shipment. We do understand that on occasion an item may arrive damaged due to unforeseen circumstances. We will accept an exchange per the conditions listed here.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final and once shipped the property of the customer.

If your product has arrived damaged, we will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange when a request for an exchange written is made within 48 hours of package receipt. To request and exchange for damaged products, please send us an email with your information and a photo of the damage if possible.

Please note! So that we may honor only the most sacred energy for everyone, we will unable to accept products for exchange that have been worn, used, altered or damaged through use. There are no refunds on digital products or classes.

Returns/Exchanges for physical products will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the product.
